1. Website operation
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically necessary connection data in server logs to deliver and secure the service. The provider’s own retention periods may apply.
2. Privacy-friendly visitor statistics
When enabled, our self-hosted analytics records page views, route type, article or profile identifiers where applicable, referrer host, device class, browser, operating system, internal search terms and 404 requests. No full IP address is stored in the analytics table. A daily rotating pseudonymous visitor identifier is created with an HMAC so visits can be counted without retaining the original address.
Logged-in administrators and recognised automated bots are excluded from normal visitor counting. Analytics records are configured for automatic deletion after 180 days.
3. Cookies and sessions
The public website does not require advertising or analytics cookies. The protected administration area uses a technically necessary session cookie for authentication and security.
4. Instagram and Telegram links
The website may provide ordinary external links to Instagram and Telegram. We do not embed their feeds, pixels, scripts or social plugins. No connection to those providers is initiated merely by viewing this website. If you choose to follow one of these links, your browser connects to the respective provider. The provider may then receive connection data such as your IP address, browser information and the referring page, and its own privacy policy applies. Instagram is a service of Meta Platforms; Telegram is operated independently by the provider identified in Telegram’s current privacy information.
5. Contact
If you contact us by email, telephone, Instagram or Telegram, the information you provide is processed to handle your message. Messages sent through third-party platforms are additionally subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy practices. Do not send passwords or sensitive records through social messaging services.
