Smart Refrigerator Reports Owner for Storing Unpatriotic Mustard

The appliance detected imported condiments and automatically raised the kitchen threat level to amber.

A smart refrigerator sent its owner a national-pride warning after identifying foreign mustard beside domestic cheese. The appliance recommended immediate replacement with a condiment displaying at least one eagle.

Captain Freedom inspected the kitchen and found the refrigerator had also ranked groceries by loyalty. Apple pie received full clearance. Sparkling water remained under review due to an accent in its brand name.

Homeland Security Meets the Sandwich

The manufacturer said the feature was intended to track expiration dates, not ideology. An update accidentally combined the food database with a patriotic shopping assistant nobody remembered approving.

Captain Freedom unplugged the Wi-Fi but kept the mustard. “Freedom,” he explained, “includes the right to make a confusing sandwich.”
